Cappa Cascade Fabric Display

A user friendly approach to the in-house preparation of impressive fabric displays and presentation aids.

A compact and versitile system, with easy to follow touch screen display for presentation programming. The equipment requires a floor space of 150 x 60 x 144cms (Lx WxH). Floor loading is 170 kilos. With services required:- -Single phase electrics 220-240 volts. -Air at 6 bar. The working width is upto 90cms. The backing carrier can be fusible either non-woven or woven for enhanced stability. The process depends upon the optimum selection of temperature, time and pressure and the use of quality fusibles dependent upon display product and application. The system is pre-programmed to reflect, stepping distance, number of colourways and required presentation run. The fabric can be displayed flat or folded. A light curtain safety guard protects the operator and both stepping and sealing are user friendly. Checkroll Systems are configured to meet precise customer in-house requirements.

The new Checkroll fabric Monitor provides wide width inspection and quality assurance. The system will handle fabrics in widths up to 3 metres with diameter of roll up to 50 cms.

The overall machine footprint is 3.75 x 1.84 metres

The range includes underside illumination and overhead back lighting.

The underside lighting enables the operator to assess weaving and construction faults.

The overhead back lighting with usually artificial daylight or 'point of sale' tubes assists in the assessment of surface defects and shading.

A secondary counter display is included and the variable speed drive has a range of 0 - 50 metres/minute.

A motorised cutter is included and the rewind will roll pattern in or pattern out.

The equipment requires only a 220 - 240 volt single phase electrical supply.

Coverfill MK IV

Coverfill Systems provide a cost effective approach to the filling of upholstery and cushion covers.

The new Coverfill MK IV Cushion Filler was introduced recently to provide enhanced fibre opening.

The system is supplied complete with a user friendly workstation, and check weigh system. The machine has completed full production trials for the last nine months and two commercial installations were commissioned in December 2002.



The MK IV system is supplied with a work station and check weigh facility.
The floorspace required is 3.75m x 2.5m.
